Randal Masters is a Management Consultant and Executive Recruiter and is one of the senior partners of Management Research Associates, Inc. As an entrepreneur and marketer, he has helped to create the nationwide presence that MRA currently enjoys within the life insurance industry.

In addition to more than 30 years experience in management consulting and executive search, Randy's insurance background includes his initial training as a career agent and Rookie-of-the-Year status for New England Mutual in Boston.

Randy has participated in numerous field management seminars on recruiting and selection, as well as undertaking a variety of consulting projects covering subjects such as contract analysis, field compensation, marketing department organization, foreign market penetration, specialty product research (e.g. COLI and payroll deduction), and alternative distribution strategies.
